At Ryalia, we are committed to providing you with high-quality jewelry and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a 30-day guarantee to ensure your happiness. 

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved and monogrammed products

  • Gift cards

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be noticed that the return shipping fee is not covered by ryalia. In addition, though our return policy is in full effect, your original shipping costs are not included as refundable.

Exchange policy

We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our quality assurance office. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email! You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
